how is it already the weekend again? Extra long weekends, followed by extra short weeks really throw me off! Is it bad that my eight month old is more adaptive than me? Haha Anyways: Friday was a day off from daycare, and Tyler was home as well. We were at my MIL's house right before noon , and did a brunch. We stayed a few hours playing Yahtzee , watching the boys play , sitting I the beautiful weather and waiting for Keira to wake from her nap. When she was up, we headed home. It was an early night for the kids. After dinner, they each had their baths and straight to bed at like 7! Saturday was busy getting ready for the bunny. I cleaned the house, Garett and I baked a cake, we went to the park, watched a movie, painted a little bunny piggy bank thing, both kids had a nap, and wrote a note to the bunny (g drew a picture as well). Bedtime was 7:20, so left lots of time to put out all the eggs and gifts :) we were in bed by 9, sound asleep hah Luckily we went to bed early, ...

i can't say I'm sad to see this weekend go. I spent most of it tired as heck, so bring on the week! Keira started us off right by taking a 2.5 hour nap this morning , so I squeezed in a 40 minute nap also :) Friday night, Shannon, Casey and Rylie headed over. Shannon and I took an uber to Boston pizza for some dinner and fishbowls and chatting. We took an uber home at 9:00 , had a few drinks and took turns youtubing old 90's music we all loved. It was so fun! The kids slept in on Saturday, which is out of character for them, but I appreciate it! Tyler left with both kids and I got ready and went to Walmart to grab a bunch of stuff and met them at his moms afterwards. We visited for a while (g didn't want to leave because Bryson had left a ride on ATV at granny's , and he rode it around the backyard for a while haha). I left with Keira when she fell asleep, and the boys ran some more errands after. We had Tyler's cousin and her boyfriend over for an evening...

life since returning from our trip has been chaotic, to say the least. But it's starting to calm now, thank goodness. -immediately after we returned, it was Tyler's homeshow thurs-Sunday. Which meant picking g up on thurs and Friday, and having both kids alone all weekend until bedtimes. Now with the season kicking up next week, he's been a crazy person doing estimates all day and night and that means dinnertimes alone some nights, which isn't my fav thing ever, but we got through it!:) -all the laundry is all caught up. It was so nice of the ladies staying with the kids to do it all so that all we had to do wen we got home was our trip clothes!! God bless them. -picked up a ton of groceries twice lol -Garett had an eye appointment on Tuesday last week, and is getting new lenses , but not frames apparently. so the new lenses will be ready Next week ! -with the eye appointment, the boys were home by 2, so we did some painting for Easter with potato stamps , and...
