Friday morning around 11:30, we headed out. We stopped for a quick bite at Mcdonalds for a car picnic on the way, and both kids took a small nap. Soon enough we were in White Lake at the Bayview Lodge. This is the place that Garett comes alive. He is definitely a country boy and extreme wilderness lover. It took all of two seconds before the kids dug into the big Rubbermaid of activities I collect and pack. We played HARD until our friends arrived around 5PM, just in time for dinner. This summer we are having; I tell you it has NOT slowed down, and I feel like we are just always running around and never at home! I can't really remember where I left off , other than it was the long weekend in August. Since then, we attended my mother in laws birthday. Started out at her house, and then we all went over to Montana's for dinner. The service is always SO slow, they always feed the kids last, and I haven't exactly been blessed with kids that love sitting down at a restaurant lol. My food was good (Tyler's was not), and I was happy to get out of there! lol Earlier that morning, Garett attended his friend Marcus's Sonic the Hedgehog themed birthday party.
