5 reasons I love love

1) you never feel alone. Have an exciting story to tell? Had a bad day? Had an amazing day? Want an opinion? Need support? You always have your partner in crime. You can count on them for anything big or small, and vice versa.

2) no expectations. I realize this sounds depressing at first glance, but it's a beautiful thing. You can enjoy a Sunday in your sweats with no makeup as the dust is piling onto your furniture and your significant other will be right there alongside you! 

3) the little things. The little gifts they pick up because they thought of you when they saw it, playing with your hair so you fall asleep first, touching the small of your back as you pass through a doorway. I live for and love the small unexpected smiles I get from things like this.

4) you always have someone to think about. My mind is spinning all day long. Thinking about my husband calms me down, brings me back to reality and gives me motivation to get through the day so I can see my two favourite men :)

5) it's forever. The main reason I love love is its ability to conquer all, to last through everything and to make life infinitely better. You may want to smother each other with a pillow 1 day out of each week, but in the grand scheme of things, that's not much lol. Everything else in life comes and goes, whether you like it or not. This is one thing we have control over. Finding someone you love enough to want to spend your forever with. I found mine. 

I have been on a hiatus with a new position at work, plus G getting on a more regular schedule at work, and figuring out which hours work best at work, errands, cooking, eating,sleeping, playing, cuddling,,,not much time left for blogging. But, we are all good on this end!!! Hope everyone enjoys their valentines day with the one they love the most!:)
