I cannot believe July is almost over! For the last few weeks feeling like they've been dragging on, the months seem to be going by SO quickly!!
Things have been fairly hectic at work and very, very calm at home :) Weekends seem to be the busiest time though!
Last night, I got home and my wall decal for the babies room had arrived! It is so big (much bigger than I thought) and I was so happy! It is so cute, I cannot wait to put it up :) It is the perfect thing for the wall over a crib!! The great things about those are that they can peel off after however long when you're done with it and there's no holes in the wall to patch over :)
We had a quick dinner of leftovers last night, we each took our showers and laid in bed and watched about 20 minutes of tv before we shut it off around 8:20 pm lol..we were both out very quickly! Tyler also had an early morning today so he was more than on board with an 8.5 hour sleep! lol
This weekend is pretty eventful too--but I am looking forward to it :) On Friday night, my meatball (Amber) is coming over and we are going to go for dinner and hang out a bit afterwards since I havent seen her in FOREVER with just the two of us there! Saturday morning we (I think lol) are heading up to Cornwall for a quick visit (maybe I will try to squeeze in one last swim in the pool before my parents move?) and back home to start getting ready. We have reservations for 5:30 at Al's Steakhouse on Elgin--apparently the 2011 winner of eastern ontario and western quebec's best steaks! So we are pretty excited lol--then it's off to the NAC for our 8:00 showing of Wicked. We are VERY excited for this since we missed it last time it came to town and from the looks of the 3 week playing time they did this time around, I dont think it will be back! Phew! Sunday, my sister is coming up to spend the day with me :) We are going to take in some lunch and shopping and hang out before she heads home.
Hopefully in between somewhere I can get some laundry done and put away and I need to find some time to get an oil change on my car too lol..Hope everyone else has a very fun weekend planned too :) It is SUMMER, so enjoy! :)
