Life isn't always on the go. Sometimes we are just too busy at home to keep up with the blog. We have been getting an abundance of rainy days to stay inside and cozy up to watch a movie or play! This little girl likes to play in every room of the house, it's a full time job just to get her playtime in in each room, lol Sometimes on rainy days we also get our "errands" done online. That particular day Garett's new backpack, lunch kit, pencil cases and swimming lessons drawstring bag arrived. We also thought his new stackable cutlery was pretty neat. His thermos, containers and slim cooler packs didn't make a picture though. Lol Sometimes we brave the cooler temps because we have to go get groceries.  Sometimes we get creative with balloons.  Sometimes we use our bath markers to draw cool pictures  Sometimes daddy goes away to a fishing derby for three nights and grandma comes to stay and we spend the day at the toy store, dollar...

While work has been keeping tyler very busy, I am busy also trying to get a grasp on things as I enter the next phase of worry in life. School registration is done, party planning for Keira is almost done, started school shopping for Garett and submitted all my paperwork for my Care and nurturing leave. Aside from that, we are just tryouts by to spend our time together with the kids, making memories! On beautiful days we like to play outside. Keira is a water baby ( she's actually an everything baby, but she loves water most lol), so they spend lots of time splashing in pools of all sorts. PS can I say how blessed we are to have a little guy that genuinely loves his little sister so darn much! So adorable. Sure , they have their moments when he doesn't want to share, but for the most part he is amazing with her! I also had the chance to sneak out with Garett on another mommy/son date day. We have been so busy , I am really getting awful at this blogging thing. So here is a photo dump of a few days and I'll do a few of them perhaps :) We have been getting so much rain! May has broken records for rainfall in Ottawa. So Garett and I went on quiet a few rainy day walks, inspecting worms and big puddles alike.  On the nicer days, we spent a lot of time at the park. Sand toys, swings, slides, running around the paths, teeter totters, climbers. You name it. Garett loves park days ! On days off, the boys also spend lots of time at daddy's Star Wars store. Aka the Kessel Run. This particular day the 501st capital city garrison were present and G got some time with his favourite characters  Most weekdays it's just Keira and I at home and Garett goes to daycare.
