I'm having a very good day--nothing in particular has happened but I am just in a good mood! :) Feelin' Good! This eating right thing is addictive! I feel great :) Pounds are starting to come off as well so that keeps the ball rolling too! :)

Yesterday my parents came over to the house and while me and Ty were at work, checked off a few things on our never ending to-do list! The house is looking great and I'm very excited for Saturday to finally share it with our friends and family:)

Since it's our first dinner party thing in our new home, I've decided to try some new appetizer recipes :) No frozen/store bought things. So hopefully they turn out good!! I think I have about 4 or 5 recipes on the go right now--I started the fillings, etc for them all last night and the kitchen was smelling mighty fine and nothing has even started cooking yet! lol

Tonight I have to make homemade wonton wrappers since I can't find them in the grocery store pre-made and make the homemade icing for the cake I have to bake for one of Ty's paintball buddies birthdays. I'm going to put their paintball name logo on the cake :)

Last night after all this was done and my parents had gone home, Tyler had already eaten some soup and went to bed so I just followed suit. No wonder I was so hungry this morning! I hate forgetting to plan for dinner and not having the time or energy to cook anything! So I had a peach and went to bed! Oops:(

I had a fantastic sleep and had so much time to fiddle around doing things before work this morning! :) So--it's a good day! Things are a good pace at work, I have quiet time to get things done and people are in a generally good mood all around me! yay :)

Happy Hump Day to you all! :)

  2. I looked in the frozen section where they usually are but there were none at my Independent (I live in Embrun now so that probably explains it lol.
