It is SO hot out today!! I went out a few times (this morning, lunch and out just now to translation before heading out in less than an hour) and I am sweating to death! I mean, it's no hotter than usual, but I guess I have more clothes on and with a growing waist, the heat is harder to deal with. Thank GOD I am going to be at my biggest in the winter so I don't have to deal with this! I don't know how women are 9 months pregnant in this heat and humidity--it's beyond me and it exhausts me even to think about lol.

Today was absolutely wild busy--and I am so grateful for that. The last few days have been just dragging because they've been so slow! The fast pace is a welcome change :)

Tomorrow is Friday!! woohoo! I am thinking of driving in as Tyler will be in Cornwall, then I can just head out right from work instead of wasting an hour on the bus first..maybe I'll beat some of the traffic on the 138 that way :) Going to spend the night at my parents place since Ty has to be in town to do some work on my uncle's garage on Saturday morning anyways! Saturday night, I believe we are heading out to a cottage to celebrate a friends 30th birthday--hoping we get there and Ty doesn't get too tied up working!
Sunday will be a nice relaxing day at home doing some laundry and here's hoping Ty will actually finish the painting and I will finish the laundry for the baby and get everything hung up and the closet organizer put together :)
My official last day at work before I'm off is Fri Jan 4, 2013! I will be returning on Mon Jan 13, 2014 :)...I am so excited for this year off to spend it one on one with my little man (most of the time anyways since daddy will be working for some of the winter after he's born and then the summer when his season starts up!).
Bring on the next 120 days! (only 78 of which I have to work hehe).

Life Lately

-Hosting Bearbrook Ladies night two weekends ago was wonderful! I put out a full charcuterie spread, made a mint/cranberry/grapefruit drink to share, and all of us received a tarot card reading, palm read and a facial read. Pretty much the reoccurring consensus between all three reads (it was two different people doing it) was that my heart and mind live in a state of conflict, but that it works for me to live in a state of balance. -Garett went on his first friend play date ever , and he had so much fun. It was his two best friends that left daycare to start school last year. -happy that while Garett was at his play date, Tyler was home with Keira and I went out for a bit alone, then came home and we finished The Belko Experiment movie before I went to get him. (He was there for two hours) -sad that this week, Garett only has four days left at daycare :( Friday is Keira's first day, while I keep g home with me. Can't believe it's already almost school time!! -as a "goodbye" gift from g, we bought his daycare provider a necklace from peoples that is a heart with some Garnet stones in it (Garett's birthstone), to remember him by, and I ordered an Aukey essential oils diffuser , a doTERRA starter kit and an essential oils mixing guide recipe book thing. Friday fun!

Thank God it's Friday, and that this week is O-V-E-R!!! -It was a stressful week at home. Looking forward to a fun weekend! -I am being audited for child care expenses in 2018--I'm not the only one that thinks we pay too much money in child care! LOL...I submitted my receipts online (they are catching up with the times and it's great!) and turns out I actually underclaimed by a few hundred dollars haha. -Tonight is calm, just hanging at home with the kids. -Saturday I have an eyelash appointment at 2:00, and then we have a sitter coming at 6:00 so we can go to a Wine & Cheese night up the road at our friends house. -Sunday is a day of rest until the evening when Shan comes over and we head into town to go to the Trailer Park Boys Christmas at the NAC (I bought Tyler and I tickets as an early Christmas gift).
