Upcoming in November



So for November at a glance (thank you day planner), here's what you can expect to hear about:
-November 1: Beavers (DONE)
-November 4: Vanderlaand Barnyard Zoo pumpkin drop off/visit animals (DONE)
-November 8: Beavers
-November 10: Ty has a gig in Richmond, so I may order in pizza with the kids
-November 11: Trip to Third World Bazaar
-November 12: A holiday for me, so will do some of the lawn and put up the tree. Maybe go grab some wrapping paper and labels and get a start on wrapping.
-November 13: Daycare Provider has an appointment in the morning, so Family Related leave until she's back home.
-November 15: Beavers and Kindergarten Progress Reports go home
-November 16: PD day for Garett- Dance Party and Shawarma lunch
-November 17: Tyler and Garett at Sens game for Beavers
-November 18: Tyler, myself and the kids have a "movie night" theme cooking class
-November 22: Friend Snack day at school-sending a bunch of cut up fruit to make a fruit salad. Also Beavers
-November 24: Puppy Yoga and something else for Shan's bday
-November 26: Shan comes to my floor to work!!!
-November 29: Beavers


So far, it's manageable! I feel like I could pop a few more things in there, if you have any ideas:). Hoping to get at least one trip to Cornwall in in there, or a visit from them (or both), and want a date night with Tyler.

Life Lately

-Hosting Bearbrook Ladies night two weekends ago was wonderful! I put out a full charcuterie spread, made a mint/cranberry/grapefruit drink to share, and all of us received a tarot card reading, palm read and a facial read. Pretty much the reoccurring consensus between all three reads (it was two different people doing it) was that my heart and mind live in a state of conflict, but that it works for me to live in a state of balance. I deal mostly with logic and facts, and less with emotions; they think I would be good as an analyst (weird, since this is pretty well my role at work), and with numbers (which I also do all day at work lol). -Garett went on his first friend play date ever , and he had so much fun. It was his two best friends that left daycare to start school last year. -happy that while Garett was at his play date, Tyler was home with Keira and I went out for a bit alone, then came home and we finished The Belko Experiment movie before I went to get him. (He was there for two hours) -sad that this week, Garett only has four days left at daycare :( Friday is Keira's first day, while I keep g home with me. Can't believe it's already almost school time!! -as a "goodbye" gift from g, we bought his daycare provider a necklace from peoples that is a heart with some Garnet stones in it (Garett's birthstone), to remember him by, and I ordered an Aukey essential oils diffuser , a doTERRA starter kit and an essential oils mixing guide recipe book thing. Friday fun!

Thank God it's Friday, and that this week is O-V-E-R!!! -It was a stressful week at home. Looking forward to a fun weekend! -I am being audited for child care expenses in 2018--I'm not the only one that thinks we pay too much money in child care! LOL...I submitted my receipts online (they are catching up with the times and it's great!) and turns out I actually underclaimed by a few hundred dollars haha. -Tonight is calm, just hanging at home with the kids. -Saturday I have an eyelash appointment at 2:00, and then we have a sitter coming at 6:00 so we can go to a Wine & Cheese night up the road at our friends house. -Sunday is a day of rest until the evening when Shan comes over and we head into town to go to the Trailer Park Boys Christmas at the NAC (I bought Tyler and I tickets as an early Christmas gift).
