Ughhh I need to accomplish something! Lol I have to get to the grocery store to get stuff for my baking for Christmas and salad I have to bring to Christmas eve. Problem? Yes. The roads here are still not plowed and I can't get my car over the hump at the end of the driveway right now and I can't go shovel it since it's too heavy of snow :( so I'll just have to get up early and go tomorrow. Ty has to go finish his Christmas shopping so he can do that while I bake! Lol I need to get all the laundry and cleaning at least caught up on because there is nothing worse then being away for a few days and bringing all your new loot home and remembering you left the house in disarray!! Biggest pet peeve everrrr lol I'm so unmotivated today because I had just gotten to sleep around midnight and one of Tylers friends decided he needed to text him incessantly at 3am to find out if he was out and about in the storm..no we weren't but then we were. I finally got a bit of sleep around 7-9. Ps..don't text us at that time of day to anyone reading this lol..well my phone is fine because I always put it on silent but Ty never does! I just saw a mcdonalds commercial and now I want that! Lol luckily I know better..makes me sicker then a dog and get cramps so bad I feel like I'm in labour lol Hope everyone is safe today! The weather here in Embrun is brutal! It's STILL heavily snowing! I am so looking forward to the coming days..this is my favorite time of year!!!! And the baby count down is on! Just 4 more weeks until the due date :) let's hope I can hold out and dont need to be induced! My next appointment is on December 27 so we'll see what he says then to..I see my doc every week from here on out so the press is on! Better start packing my hospital bag!! Happy Friday everyone:)

Life Lately

-Hosting Bearbrook Ladies night two weekends ago was wonderful! I put out a full charcuterie spread, made a mint/cranberry/grapefruit drink to share, and all of us received a tarot card reading, palm read and a facial read. Pretty much the reoccurring consensus between all three reads (it was two different people doing it) was that my heart and mind live in a state of conflict, but that it works for me to live in a state of balance. I deal mostly with logic and facts, and less with emotions; they think I would be good as an analyst (weird, since this is pretty well my role at work), and with numbers (which I also do all day at work lol). -Garett went on his first friend play date ever , and he had so much fun. It was his two best friends that left daycare to start school last year. -happy that while Garett was at his play date, Tyler was home with Keira and I went out for a bit alone, then came home and we finished The Belko Experiment movie before I went to get him. (He was there for two hours) -sad that this week, Garett only has four days left at daycare :( Friday is Keira's first day, while I keep g home with me. Can't believe it's already almost school time!! -as a "goodbye" gift from g, we bought his daycare provider a necklace from peoples that is a heart with some Garnet stones in it (Garett's birthstone), to remember him by, and I ordered an Aukey essential oils diffuser , a doTERRA starter kit and an essential oils mixing guide recipe book thing. Friday fun!

Thank God it's Friday, and that this week is O-V-E-R!!! -It was a stressful week at home. Looking forward to a fun weekend! -I am being audited for child care expenses in 2018--I'm not the only one that thinks we pay too much money in child care! LOL...I submitted my receipts online (they are catching up with the times and it's great!) and turns out I actually underclaimed by a few hundred dollars haha. -Tonight is calm, just hanging at home with the kids. -Saturday I have an eyelash appointment at 2:00, and then we have a sitter coming at 6:00 so we can go to a Wine & Cheese night up the road at our friends house. -Sunday is a day of rest until the evening when Shan comes over and we head into town to go to the Trailer Park Boys Christmas at the NAC (I bought Tyler and I tickets as an early Christmas gift).
