What I'm loving today
today, I am loving:
...a break in weather. I know we have had a very rainy July, but I don't mind the occasional rainy day to relax, or do inside things. Though we have yet to see any rain from the 20-40mm advisory they were calling for last night LOL
...that yesterday , the kids and I took a "break" from doing something other than play outside or around the house (and Ty took g out for a bit), and had an easy dinner of tater toys and chicken strips , because my soul was tired and I felt beat down.
..:that I felt rejuvenated after my hot bath, an early bed time for the kids, and going to bed myself at 9:15, and sleeping through to 7!
...that we still have a few fun things up our sleeves before g goes back to daycare on Monday
...that when G goes back, one of his best friends will be back at daycare for summer holidays from her school. She will take the place of a little girl whose mommy is Garett's French teacher next year, since she's home with her mommy during their summer holidays.
...that I can't wait to be able to deep clean my house when things settle down.
...Facebook events. It really makes it easy to find things to do closeby !
...that my compensation advisors finally got back to me. It wasn't good news, but at least they finally gave me a few answers, which at least allows me to expect what's coming!
...Keira is eating pretty well only solid food now. She started to really turn her nose up to purees. So now things get a little easier at restaurants and such!
...Amazon prime day was mostly a bust, but I scored a few good deals
...I ordered the last three boxes of formula Keira needs before she goes onto the toddler drink powder!! Woohoo for cheaper days ahead lol
...that there's more kids at the parks and stuff for G to play with since its summer holidays!
