Happy Tuesday
Last weekend, we were busy (in a good way)
Friday I got home and realized we needed milk, and a few little things, so I ran into town to go to Sobey's and home. It was a relaxed night!
On Saturday morning, we were up bright and early and off to Cornwall again for my nieces birthday party. We stayed for a while, and my sister got us some yummy Keto cupcakes from a bakery there (thanks!), and we headed back around 1:15 to drop the kids and their stuff off at my mother in laws around 2:30 for a sleepover.
We went home and prepared (brought chairs up and out to the garage, made hamburger patties, tidied up toys and put laundry that needs to be folded in our bedroom lol. I also had to move all of the outside toys (bikes, scooters, plasma cars, kids wheelbarrows , etc) out of the way for cars. We turned on the music, and people started to show up.
We had a late night celebrating Tyler's cousin, but it was a lot of fun!
We were up around 8:30 the next morning, Tyler went into town and grabbed the kids, took them to Rod and Sharon's to play so he could seal their deck, and we spent the afternoon playing outside and burned some more wood.
This week started off great too, since my dad met us at my house on Monday morning, we went and dropped the kids off at school and daycare, stopped in at Broadways, and went back to Garett's school for the Education Week open house. Started in the gym for the choir to sing (they sang Hey Jude), and the dance team did a dance. Then we went to get our kids and did an open house of all of the classrooms. We went to the book fair, and G picked up some new books, and then we dropped him back off in his classroom so we could go get a good spot for the liturgy. He was reading a short prayer, so I wanted a spot near the front lol. He did so well, and the liturgy was nice. Once it was over, we went and said goodbye to him, and my dad took me home. I headed to work right after we got back.
This weekend is Comiccon for the store, so it's going to be busy, and Tyler will be in and out a lot. Hoping for nice weather, so the kids and I can get some fresh air and enjoy!
