I really do wish my voice would go back to normal. I'm not even sick anymore but my voice is still pretty raspy. I miss talking without it being a strain :( Last night Ty and I walked in at just about the same time (like 6:00). We were both pretty tired but he did the dishes from last night and I cooked up some supper. I caught up on my missed episode of Jerseylicious while I ate and then came upstairs to put away the leftovers and pack my lunch. Took a nice hot shower to relax and put on my pj's and went and looked at my flyers in bed until Ty came up. We only watched one episode of Breaking Bad and then put on Beyond Scared Straight until 11 and fell asleep right away! The 5:30 alarm this morning came very early--I was definitely getting used to the 6:45 alarm for the 9-5 hours LOL. Oh well..that just means my weekend starts a whole hour earlier:) Tonight, when I get home I have to get ready and make somethign quick for us to eat because we are off to a legion for one of Ty's cousins boyfriends birthday party. The nice thing about these things being held at the legion--they end early :) We haven't seen a lot of people in the last week or so since we were both so sick and didn't want to infect anyone, so it'll be nice to say hi to a few familiar faces :) The rest of the weekend is looking pretty rainy, so maybe we'll actually accomplish some stuff around the house and MAYBE the registries depending on our energy level lol..there are so many dates and appointments to remember these days I have to write them down in order like a check list with the details about each one haha. So far, in my book I have" Oct 27- Maternity pictures Oct 29- Appointments for our Hep A vaccines Nov 3AM- My Glucose Tolerance Test Nov 3PM- Beauty and the Beast at the NAC Nov 14- My appointment at the Riverside Campus Nov 15- Last appt with Dr. Grainer to go over my Glucose test results Nov 17- Tylers paintball squad is invading my house for a bbq Nov 24- Cornwall baby shower Dec 13- Cleaning at the dentist Dec 21- Possible last day at work (haven't decided if I want to go back for the 4 days after Christmas break yet lol So as you can see--my brain is full--so if you see me,don't tell me anything and expect me to remember lol :) All that talk makes me want to just go put pjs on and roll up and take a nap!! lol Here's hoping today goes quickly! Life Lately

-Hosting Bearbrook Ladies night two weekends ago was wonderful! I put out a full charcuterie spread, made a mint/cranberry/grapefruit drink to share, and all of us received a tarot card reading, palm read and a facial read. Pretty much the reoccurring consensus between all three reads (it was two different people doing it) was that my heart and mind live in a state of conflict, but that it works for me to live in a state of balance. I deal mostly with logic and facts, and less with emotions; they think I would be good as an analyst (weird, since this is pretty well my role at work), and with numbers (which I also do all day at work lol). -Garett went on his first friend play date ever , and he had so much fun. It was his two best friends that left daycare to start school last year. -happy that while Garett was at his play date, Tyler was home with Keira and I went out for a bit alone, then came home and we finished The Belko Experiment movie before I went to get him. (He was there for two hours) -sad that this week, Garett only has four days left at daycare :( Friday is Keira's first day, while I keep g home with me. Can't believe it's already almost school time!! -as a "goodbye" gift from g, we bought his daycare provider a necklace from peoples that is a heart with some Garnet stones in it (Garett's birthstone), to remember him by, and I ordered an Aukey essential oils diffuser , a doTERRA starter kit and an essential oils mixing guide recipe book thing. Friday fun!

Thank God it's Friday, and that this week is O-V-E-R!!! -It was a stressful week at home. Looking forward to a fun weekend! -I am being audited for child care expenses in 2018--I'm not the only one that thinks we pay too much money in child care! LOL...I submitted my receipts online (they are catching up with the times and it's great!) and turns out I actually underclaimed by a few hundred dollars haha. -Tonight is calm, just hanging at home with the kids. -Saturday I have an eyelash appointment at 2:00, and then we have a sitter coming at 6:00 so we can go to a Wine & Cheese night up the road at our friends house. -Sunday is a day of rest until the evening when Shan comes over and we head into town to go to the Trailer Park Boys Christmas at the NAC (I bought Tyler and I tickets as an early Christmas gift).
