Monday again! How does this day always seem to come so quickly?? lol
Thursday after work, I headed into Orleans and met up with Amber for a kind of last minute birthday dinner--and we both had some stuff we wanted to chat about, so it doubled up as a venting session lol. Tyler had headed out to the fishing derby in the afternoon so I had nowhere to be :) We stayed out for a few hours--ate at Moxies (which was tasty, like always) and I headed home for a little before 9. I put on the movie "Definitely, Maybe" on Netflix and fell asleep to that. Friday afternoon, I headed out to Cornwall to beat rush hour traffic.
So for the entire weekend I just hung out and lounged around with my family :) We visited, had meals together, went out to look at baby stuff (got a bit of Sens gear for the baby for next hockey season and more books and shoes) and watched a movie with my sister :) Sunday morning we got up and went to brunch together and I headed back to Ottawa shortly after since Ty had been home for a few hours and was wondering where I was lol
When I got home, we were going to get ready to head out for our prenatal stuff but Lissy's little boy had to be brought to Cheo--so there was a change of plans--we will get together sometime this week instead!
So we ate some dinner and hung out and watched some Walking Dead Season 2 (yay!) and relaxed! Nice lazy Sunday night together. He got a chance to talk about his weekend and I talked about mine and showed him the stuff I got :)
I felt the baby kick really hard and actually felt it from the outside for the first time last night without wondering "was that one?!"..He only did it once though so Ty didn't get to feel but he's getting stronger and much more active so soon enough!
Tonight, I HAVE to go to the grocery store--I didn't get a chance to do it this weekend since it would have been a waste of food anyways, so tonights the big trip lol I have the fridge all cleaned out and ready to go!
I am super hot today (like feverish) so I may leave a little bit early so I can beat the rush at the grocery store and not feel like I'm going to pass out! lol
This weekend coming is Thanksgiving--can't wait :)! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!!
