Things that annoy me Thursday

One of my favourite posts of the week from Airing My Dirty Laundry and her "Things that annoy me Thursday" posts. While I am in a very good mood today, I would like to marvel at all the things that still manage to get under my skin! :)

-- People that ask stupid questions and expect a non-stupid answer. Like I paid for a yogurt this morning, which was 59 cents. I handed the cashier a toonie---she stood there...I looked at her..."Oh, you want your change?" she asked. Yes, not all of us deserve $1.40 tip for standing their with our mouths gaping wipe open catching flies.

-- That the sun can't shine in the office without it also becoming too hot to handle. I'm parched ALL.THE.TIME. It's like living in the freaking desert in here.

-- Drivers that feel the need to cut you off when there is literally ZERO cars behind you. You can't just wait for ONE MORE car? And to make it worse, these people are always the ones that cut you off so they can turn into the next gas station, or onto the next block. pffffft. GTFO of here and go back to riding the short bus. The road rage I feel...it's getting worse.

--Non-teeth brushers/ deodorant wearers/shower-takers. I am clumping them all into one point because they are equally offensive and no one wants to smell ANY of the above scents. I don't care if you think your pheromones are "powerful", it doesn't make anyone want you any more. In fact, it has the opposite effect.

-- People that can't think for themselves or have their own opinion. Get your own life and beliefs.

-- Highlighters. I CLICKED the lid!!!! Why are you dried out???

-- Ice. boots with very little traction.

-- The fact that when Garett is done eating or drinking, sometimes he says "All done" and sits like a big boy waiting for me to take away his cup and plate. Sometimes he goes "DONE" and throws his cup and plate down onto the floor, making a HUGE mess. I need to work on my laughing thing. I need to stop laughing at inopportune times, because while Ty has the appropriate reaction, I BURST out laughing, always.

I think that's all for today. Hope you all had a good hump day--can you see the light at the end of t he tunnel yet? I can't.
