What I'm Loving Wednesday

There isn't much that is on my "not loving" side of the list this week, so I will just stick to what I'm loving :)


- I am loving....the sunshine. It has been grey light shining into the office the last few days, but today looks pretty nice!!


- I am loving...that we have someone coming to look at the house next week for a quote to clean. We are going to hire a cleaning service to come in once a week for a few hours to give the house a deep clean that neither Tyler nor I have time for. I don't like things being disorderly, and since moving to the bigger house, we can't seem to stay on top of the cleaning. So, they will come, wash windows/ light fixtures, baseboards, sweep, dust, mop, clean appliances, vacuum, clean the bathrooms and kitchen and empty the garbage cans. They come with all high end items (good cleaning products, dysons, microfiber antibacterial cloths, etc). We are pretty excited to live in a spic and span house once again! It'll be nice to only have to worry about cooking and laundry so I can focus my free time on Garett.




- I am loving...This weekend is CanGames, and The Kessel Run has to go--but Tyler might not have to work the whole show, which is nice :)


- I am loving...Yesterday Tyler and I went for a lunch date together. He picked me up at 12:15 and we went to eat lunch together and chat, which was also nice :)


- I am loving...We started watching the show The 100 last night. It's awesome!


-I am loving...I got to see Garett this morning :) We left the house all at the same time for once!


- I am loving ...I am making a recipe I discovered a while ago for the third time tonight. We are adding it to our regular rotation--a Braised Balsamic Chicken. mmmm


- I am loving...thinning out our "Stuff" in the garage. I have so many organizational ideas for in there for toys and such.


- I am loving...That I picked out the colour for the large upstairs living room above the garage. My carts are already full of décor to buy. (It truly never ends lol)


-I am loving...That I am almost caught up on laundry!!


-I am loving...that we have been having "easy" suppers the last few nights. But am ready to get back to our list of new recipes and mix things up again!


-I am loving...That my mother's day flowers still look brand new. I wish I could always have fresh flowers around my house in all of the rooms!


- I am loving...that we are booking the paddle boat excursion at Eco Odyssee to see some beavers!


-I am loving...looking for hotels in Montreal for the first weekend in July--I love hotel shopping! lol


-I am loving...that it is humpday!!!

Life Lately

-Hosting Bearbrook Ladies night two weekends ago was wonderful! I put out a full charcuterie spread, made a mint/cranberry/grapefruit drink to share, and all of us received a tarot card reading, palm read and a facial read. Pretty much the reoccurring consensus between all three reads (it was two different people doing it) was that my heart and mind live in a state of conflict, but that it works for me to live in a state of balance. -Garett went on his first friend play date ever , and he had so much fun. It was his two best friends that left daycare to start school last year. -happy that while Garett was at his play date, Tyler was home with Keira and I went out for a bit alone, then came home and we finished The Belko Experiment movie before I went to get him. (He was there for two hours) -sad that this week, Garett only has four days left at daycare :( Friday is Keira's first day, while I keep g home with me. Can't believe it's already almost school time!! -as a "goodbye" gift from g, we bought his daycare provider a necklace from peoples that is a heart with some Garnet stones in it (Garett's birthstone), to remember him by, and I ordered an Aukey essential oils diffuser , a doTERRA starter kit and an essential oils mixing guide recipe book thing. Friday fun!

Thank God it's Friday, and that this week is O-V-E-R!!! -It was a stressful week at home. Looking forward to a fun weekend! -I am being audited for child care expenses in 2018--I'm not the only one that thinks we pay too much money in child care! LOL...I submitted my receipts online (they are catching up with the times and it's great!) and turns out I actually underclaimed by a few hundred dollars haha. -Tonight is calm, just hanging at home with the kids. -Saturday I have an eyelash appointment at 2:00, and then we have a sitter coming at 6:00 so we can go to a Wine & Cheese night up the road at our friends house. -Sunday is a day of rest until the evening when Shan comes over and we head into town to go to the Trailer Park Boys Christmas at the NAC (I bought Tyler and I tickets as an early Christmas gift).
