I had weird dreams all night but I can't remember any of them. I hate that. Having weird dreams and not remembering them or being able to make sense of any of them makes the whole day afterwards feel strangely dream-like. It doesn't help that the days are getting shorter so when I leave for work at 6, it is still pitch black. I still don't feel fully awake and it's shortly after 7--it's such an eerie feeling.
On the upside--it's Thursday! Which means I can see the light at the end of the tunnel to the weekend! Yay! :) I have to make sure to remember to get an e-test done on the car so that I can go get my liscence renewed! I keep forgetting! I also need an oil change. So likely two birds with one stone. My garage I like to go here is closed for renovations though, so I will have to find another place I like in the meantime! We would take it up to Notman's in Cornwall where Tyler used to work, but they've recently started closing on Saturdays AND Sunday's. So I'm at square one! While I am getting my liscence renewed at Service Ontario, I will likely just go ahead and get my name changed on my liscence/health card. Will have to read up on it more to make sure the marriage liscence is good enough and won't have to go get my marriage certificate from City Hall first--what a pain. You would think they would make these things a lot easier with less running around!
I also have to remember to go grab nail polish remover with acetone--I only use stuff with no acetone usually--but these acrylic nails from the wedding are starting to look yucky!! I want them off!
In efforts to save money, I started packing my lunch again today. I don't like packing lunches. Not because they don't taste good or because they're better for your or that they're cheaper, but for the sheer fact that the fridge at work is like a bacteria culture breeding ground. I hate putting food in there or milk in there when I buy some for my morning cereal. Why does a fridge smell like a garbage can? If you have food in there--make sure you know you have food in there and THROW.IT.OUT after a week or so please! That fridge should be empty when I get here in the mornings but instead it is FULL from lunches past of food people neglected to eat or toss. Why don't I just clean it, you ask? Because they don't make rubber gloves thick enough for me to touch some of the stuff in there. God bless insulated lunch kits that can keep food cool! I forgot I had one but will be using that as an alternative from now on!

Can Ty do the oil change for you? Thank you for reminding me: I have to get my sticker renewed for the car! Gotta go soon :)
ReplyDeleteI can definitely relate to the nasty fridges at work...ours are disgusting. There's even a sign on it saying every Friday the fridge will be cleaned out and anything in there WILL be tossed if it smells bad, or is expired!
Yeah Ty probably could but I dont want to ask him to because it takes him so long to do it :( It's only like $30 anyways at the garage lol

Yeah ours has a cleaning schedule and stuff on it but no one actually does it! SO nasty!!! I hold my breath when I open it--that's how I settle it haha
