I can see it now: the light at the end of the tunnel!! It's Thursday! We are slowly chugging along to Friday :) Tomorrow is only a half day for me, so I guess that puts me ahead of the game :)
We are meeting with the Lawyer tonight to sign off on all of his paperwork and pay him his fees. We get our keys tomorrow! Woot, woot! I don't know what we will do with ourselves once all of this craziness settles down! Then it will be time to dig into planning our honeymoon I guess!
My new manager is not here today or tomorrow as all of her furniture has arrived in finally from where she was staying in Rome for the past two years. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised. I have heard a lot about her from people around here--and she has lived up to none of those things with me. In fact, we have a lot in common! I studied quite a bit of Religion in University and we struck a note of similarity there--it also fascinates her--in fact, she travels the world to go to religious landmarks. She has actually been in the room they claim the Last Supper took place in and has visited Jesus' tomb! We also share a love for shoes and fashion. She also expressed interest in stamped concrete, so I shared Tyler's website with her. What a nice surprise!
I started going through the kitchen last night cleaning out the food cupboards and throwing out anything we would never used, etc--I have the cupboards just about bare for food--which is exactly where I want to be. When we move I want NO food in boxes :) So once we run out (if we do) here, I will do groceries day by day for a few days and cook as needed! I love the idea of a new place with everything in the cupboards being brand new---is that weird??
Last night, Ty came home with Season 7 of Grey's Anatomy. Of course, immediately I stopped packing and we watched 3 episodes---this is detrimental to how productive I will be over the next few days. Also, our wedding DVD is complete and my parents are bringing it when they come up tomorrow. Will probably watch that Friday night *sigh*--no more work at home for me! haha
Seems like everyone is doing "We Want to know Wednesdays"..but since I'm always a day behind in reading now, I will do a "Trivia Thursday" (well--trivia about me I guess lol). So here we go: Just stole this from Shan ahah
What is your MUST SEE show? One Tree Hill, Grey's Anatomy, Lost (not on anymore), Sex and the City (not on anymore either). The rest of the shows I just enjoy are King of Queens, Friends, Chuck's Day Off, Iron Chef: America, Reba, According to Jim, etc
What shows are you most excited to watch this season?
None...we don't really keep up with shows like that--we just buy them on blu ray and watch them like that!
How many hours a week do you actually watch TV? Usually about 2 hours a night. The tv is on alot though as background noise while I cook or clean or pack or somethign! But I guess it doesn't count since I'm not actually watching it.
How many TVs do you have in your house?

Have a great Thursday everyone!!!

Do you think TV has gotten too "racy" (vulgar, pushing the limit, etc)?
