Friday Eve
This week is going by at a snails pace. I know it's because we had today to look forward too, and when I get excited like a kid on Christmas Eve, it makes time pass SO SO SO SO slowly.
Last night was crazy hectic. I guess not really, but I was feeling particularly tired, and Garett was SO into playing with us last night--usually we play for a bit before dinner, he plays alone a bit after, we do bath time, and play a bit before bed, but last night was constant stimulation. He was a big help though when I was packing boxes in the kitchen, and then he sat and ate some frozen yogurt and watched some shows on the ipad at the kitchen table while I did the bigger stuff! I managed to get three more kitchen boxes packed--I might have one or two more and then I'm done the kitchen (other than the food, ugh). We also moved almost all of Garett's toys up to his toy room, so we can start sticking them into Rubbermaids. He certainly doesn't need all of his toys out for the next 9 days. The toys are one of my greatest stresses, because they are so awkward and big and there's no organized way to pack them.
Today, Tyler is headed to the Brier with his step-dad to catch a few games, and then meeting me for our ultrasound at 12:30 :) Afterwards, I am heading home to finish up on laundry, empty the dishwasher, get stuff for dinner ready, maybe bin up some of my drawers and closet stuff, and then to pick up Garett! It feels like today should be a Friday afternoon!
The fog on the way into work this morning was in abundance. It was SO thick, I could barely see two feet in front of me on the country roads. Once I got into town it wasn't bad, but those farm roads are brutal!!
Tyler has a gig on Saturday night--he hasn't been playing for a while, and it makes him so happy when he can get out and do one here and there. Considering once the next baby is born, he's going to hang the bass up for at least another year, he should fill his boots a little now :) Hoping the weather stays mild so we can do something fun with Garett on Saturday outside!
Hope everyone has a great Thursday, and didn't get trapped into believing it was Friday, like I did! lol

Good luck at your ultrasound! Can't wait to hear what you are having! Any feelings? They say Momma always knows!
