I can't believe it's already the end of November! For feeling like the weeks are dragging, time really is flying by. I still write October on everything! lol Last night when I got home, we decided to cook up some breakfast for supper :) These are my favourite nights! We sat down and watched some tv while we ate and then I looked at my flyers, finished up the last few addresses on the thank you cards and we vegged out hardcore! There are a MILLION things to do around the house but you know what? I just don't feel like it right now! lol This morning, I knew better. I should have stayed in bed. I got up early because I needed to stop for gas on the way in so I didn't have to do it on the way home. Got all dressed and left. Once I turned the car back on after pumping gas--my engine light comes on. Not sure what the deal is or if it's just because it was SO cold out, but Ty has a code reader, so we'll plug it in tomorrow and see what the baby needs :) lol...THEN ...

Ok--this is turning out to be a long day--maybe because it feels like Monday?? Yesterday I was off all day--slept in a tiny bit until Ty left for work at 7 and then I got up and cleaned the kitchen a bit and watched a bit of TV before getting showered and dressed to go! Ty came home and washed up and got ready and we headed out! We were ALMOST late because Ty had to stop for gas and the Sunday drivers were out in full force lol--Also, glad I called ahead because I was under the impression we were meeting at the hospital, but I guess not! It was at his practice in Orleans!(which was more convenient for us actually lol) Got there and they did the same old--pee sample, blood pressure, weight, filled out some paper work and went over my file with me, then I got to the room (nice office--very cozy!) and I waited :) In walks Dr. McCarthy who is everything opposite of what I had imagined. He's not super short but not very tall--dark hair, perfectly manicured beard, very, very long eye...

Does it ever feel like Christmas!!!! Yesterday at work we were wrapping up our charity campaigning and as a last even we had a movie/popcorn in the boardroom (hardly anyone was there which I actually appreciated lol). We watched "Love Actually" which takes place at Christmas (but in no way is a Christmas movie since there is a lot of infidelity, etc in it!). Movie started around 12 and ended right before 2 so it was a nice break in my afternoon :) I tried a new method of commuting tomorrow for my 9-5 hours and it worked out well. I wasn't home much later than I would have been had I driven into town and I saved gas! Always a good thing :) So I will continue to do that for 9-5 until I'm done! Only 1 more week left to do it before I leave anyways. Ate our dinner last night while watching Sunday's episode of The Walking Dead (getting good again) and then we each took a shower, had some cake and watched some AFV! lol Yesterday evening was a very cuddly one for me. ...

How am I sitting here at my desk again already?! lol It doesn't seem possible that the days can be passing this quickly! Friday night after work, I got home and changed into comfy clothes and we headed right out to Ty's cousin Melissa's house for our prenatal course. When we arrived, we sat down to supper (she made this mexican soup with a side of beef nachos--yum!) and we visited a bit the 4 of us (her and her hubby Robin and myself and Ty). After that, we sat down for the long haul! lol...Ty had traded 2 tons of sand for her pool for this and she definitely made it worth while! She is a trained Doula but is not doing it right now as it is too hectic with kids still in the house (especially if a mommy goes into labour at 3am lol). But she advised us, if we do want a doula present they can charge about $600-$1000! I think I'll stick with Ty and the docs (since she trained Ty up well for how to be my coach :)). Last night was nice and calm :) The bus took FOREVER to get us home (new driver) and he was very heavy on the brakes...I thought I was going to get sick all over myself from the jerking motions. Not to mention he blasted the heat all the way home. I took off my coat but wanted to take off my top too! lolol We decided to order pizza and wings since I didn't feel great (even though I have meat defrosted, I just wasn't feeling it! So the pizza arrived and we watched some tv. I started to feel better so I had a slice also and went to bed to look at my flyers. Sleep came easy last night but again was up every couple hours. At least I don't feel tired today :) This morning, I didn't even have to scrape the car or warm it up it was so nice out! yay! Though I just heard they are calling for a bit of snow next Tuesday--which I doubt will actually happen. I'll believe it when I see it! They did this last year too--every few days they would announce lots of snow, then nothin...

Today is a much better day-I came in and things seem to have blown over. I still have the sore throat but I doubt that's going away anytime soon--I thought it was just from the dry house but my sister informed me she has the same thing and it lingers *sigh*..hopefully it's not that and it goes away soon! Last night was pretty much the same old in our life..dinner, tv and venting about our awful days. Tyler was upset because he took the afternoon off to be here when Bell showed up to upgrade our Internet and install another pvr..they didn't come until 7 pm. Poor Ty..all he wanted to do was work. My day was the opposite lol..all I wanted was to escape work. I am so stresd out because I accidentally booked a trip without sign off first. I was literally in the middle of booking 6 trips that day so it must have slipped through the cracks. I took full credit for I even though it went through the hands of a few other people..I'm not worried about what they'll do since the can't do much and I have so few days left but I'm just stressed because I never make these mistakes and now I look bad...stupid pregnancy brain!!! 23 more work days, 23 more work days, 23 more work days..That's what I keep repeating to myself this morning as I push through another day. I need to go buy a wedge pillow--I'm surprised I made it this far with just my snoogie! I haven't had any problem sleeping--and I can still sleep whenever, wherever but it's not a restful sleep (tossing and turning alot) and 9 hours isn't even enough--I could literally sleep for 12-14 hours at a time if I was allowed lol. So that's my next investment anyways--hopefully it helps with the tossing and turning at least since everytime I roll over, I wake up with a cramp from relieving the pressure on my bladder on one side lol..not comfy! Last night I got home and Ty was already there trying to get caught up with cleaning from the disaster that his friends left behind (I refuse to clean this as I tried to keep up with it through the night and it just got to be too much and it wasn't even MY party--so it's his job :))..I...

I hate Monday mornings! Especially after a weekend of practically no sleep! Friday, I headed home and made some deviled eggs and two ham balls and started cleaning (which wasn't much actually) and finishing up the laundry while Ty organized his office. Then I got caught up in keeping up with my episodes of keeping up with the kardashians lol..jersey shore, jerseylicious, mob wives, etc..before I knew it, it was 1 am and I was still awake--oops! Saturday morning I woke up around 6:30 to throw the chili in the slow cooker, make bruschetta, cut up the fresh bread, and make the macaroni salad and get the table all set up and ready and put the laundry away. Amber came over around 1 to hang out for a bit before everyone arrived for Ty's party--they started coming around 3. This was a much faster week for me than most of you I think lol..Tuesday I was at work, but the last two days I have been off. Wednesday Ty and I were in town bright and early for my 9:30 appointment for my follow up colposcopy--apparently my results from the last one came back normal (Thanks to Riverside hospital for not telling me and making me wait 8 months to find this out lol) and then we got down to business. They were "observing me" and said that had I not been pregnant they probably would have taken a biopsy yesterday--things are looking different but they said it's definitely not cancer or anything--but to come back after I have the baby and they'll look again as it could just be from all the hormones in my body and this is how my body is reacting to it. I fully expect the next one to be normal again since I haven't really changed anything in my life style to make things act up again...fingers crossed :) Either way, not a big deal...however, as I was layi...

What a whirlwind of a "long" weekend!! It's amazing how quickly 3 days can pass when it's not work days LOL. Friday I headed home an hour early since no one was even left in the office--I am so happy I chose to do this since I did have to stop for groceries. So I ended up getting home around the same time as if I had stayed until 5! I put all the groceries away and cooked dinner and we hung out and relaxed for most of the evening. Tyler had had the accountant over that day for a few hours so we discussed that for a bit and headed to bed! Saturday morning I wanted to sleep in a bit. FAIL! lol..I was up by 6:45 and so, I ended up cleaning--I put away the 5 loads of laundry I had just caught up on and swept and mopped the house and put away the dishes I had done the night before. Seriously--Thank God it's Friday. What an awful week. The extra hour sleep in the morning working 9-5 is only good until Tuesday, then I just get bored in the morning haha. I have been waking up about 30 mins before my alarm even goes off (darn internal clock!) so it makes the morning super long having to sneak around trying not to be loud when Ty is still sleeping. Yesterday Ty finished the bar area (he is still pretty devastated about the numerous shot glasses he broke, but I assured him we will replace them ourselves with trips :)) Then he put the new tv stand down in the basement (it looks SO much cleaner with that one down there--hides all the cords!) and put the other one (since it's a corner unit) upstairs in the living room and set up the other tv up there with the new blu ray player we got and just waiting to figure out if we'll put basic cable on that tv or spend the couple hundred on a new pvr and another $150 for Bell to come out and install it. *sigh*...He als...

Thursday. Just enough of a day to get you excited for Friday, but not enough to get too comfortable with the idea of settling into the weekend lol. I am growing very tired of 9-5 this week. For whatever reason the days go by much slower when I'm stuck here until it's pitch black out. I was SO tempted to stay home today. It's Ty's last 2 week days off before he starts back up working and I woke up 10 minutes before my alarm to him rubbing my back and two cuddly cats purring right beside me. Nothing...I repeat...nothing makes staying in bed more tempting :( Unfortunately, I am too nice of a person to bail on my 9-5 week. Stupid me and my reliability!! Yesterday was SO crazy. I got home around 6:15 and we had a quick supper, watched Breaking Bad (and I finally watched last weeks Breaking Amish) and took a quick shower and laid in bed watching the election coverage until I fell asleep (I assume around 9:30). At least I woke up to good news this morning--that Obama was re-elected. I was worried about the U.S there for a while last night when I saw they were allowing it to be such a close election--scary when an entire country almost makes a mistake. But they chose right in the end :) I didn't have time this morning to even make a lunch so I'll run out and grab something when hunger strikes lol. Our house is in an absolute state of distruction right now and it's throwing me off my routine! I hate it! lol oh well--at least things are getting done before his new job starts up on the 12th and he's too busy to do it all! Wow--a breather for the first time today at 2:35pm :( It has been a crazy day from the moment I woke up. I woke up a little later than usual as we went to bed a little later than usual and it was a VERY solid sleep lol. When I finally decided to roll out of bed after pushing snooze FOUR times, I rushed to get ready and pack my lunch. Heated the car up for 5 mins and yes SCRAPED the windows. I ran into bumper to bumper traffic all the way from Anderson because of a two vehicle collision under the innes overpass...thanks jerks, for not knowing how to properly drive. Finally I got to Blair and got to the stop to find an almost empty 95 :) The God's were in my favour there since I HATE standing on busses in the morning. Tim Horton's was slow as usual and walked in with 10 minutes to spare somehow! I got here at 8:50 regardless of the mess the morning was for me LOL. Here we go again, back at the beginning of this cycle of work weeks. I hate Mondays but am very optimistic this week will go fast (I hope) though it will take some getting used to with the time change and working 9-5 this week--By the time I got to work this morning the day felt half over! lol Anyways, I guess I should start by a little weekend recap. Still taking some getting used to writing November! October didn't feel nearly long enough for some reason! What a crummy day (weather wise) yesterday!! Standing in the cool rain waiting for the bus and riding home for an hour is so not fun. Not to mention once I get to my car I have 20 minutes of traffic and major road construction these days. It felt like a journey and a half to get home yesterday! So the second I did, I put on my pjs, threw my hair up and felt like something delicious for supper. I decided to make some homemade pizza's :) I had bought the dough--I didn't want to eat at midnight lol--so we tossed on our tomato sauce, toppings of choice and some pizza mozzerella. Let me tell you...we will never again eat a frozen pizza or order pizza in. SO so so good--we're thinking about making this a monthly thing having a make your own pizza night! Yay! Welcome to November everyone! I think this weekend we "fall back"? Definitely looking forward to that extra hour in the AM--and I am working 9-5 next week so I'll have what feels like an extra 2 hours in the morning. Yay! :) Yesterday I stayed home--I think I got too much sleep the night before and woke up feeling more exhausted then when I went to bed so I called into work and shut off my alarm and went back to sleep for an hour. When I woke up I felt amazing so I got my grocery list together and headed out to the store around 9. I was SO dead in there, which is what I love--probably helped my case that it was raining and no one wants to go out in that :) I got home, cleaned out the fridge, put the groceries away and chopped up some veggies and threw them in with a pork roast and let that simmer for the day. I had bought ice cream and that air can of real whipped cream so I decided to make some brownies so we could have brownies a la mode for dessert mmm. Anyways--...
