Alarm clock:needed

I was under the impression that my 6:30 wake up call would last forever, and I would never need to set an alarm clock again. Wrong. This can change overnight (literally ) and never use a baby for this purpose lol. Garett has move on to 8:30-9:00 AM wakeups, and sits there silently until I go in. This is not a problem for me at all , but a few times Tyler has shot up out of bed at 9, running late, be ause he's used to me coming in with Garett for his morning bottle much earlier. Oops:)

Yesterday was nice and relaxing ! I got up and headed to the store. We relaxed and played with Garett a bit until we were getting hungry, so I cooked a big breakfast (brunch lol) while Garett napped. I wanted to catch up on putting laundry away and cleaning, but decided it could wait :)

Dolly came over later in the day for a visit and to load some of her wedding pics onto Facebook while Ty and I finished up watching Limitless. I had already watched this, but Ty hadn't seen it yet, and I thought it was really good, so I watched it again with him.

After Doll left, I made some homemade pizza dough. So easy! I will never buy the crappy store dough again!

I needed the dough to make this delicious pizza. I have to say, mine looked even better than this picture when it came out--and it didn't last long. This was also a winner recipe! Delicious homemade Alfredo sauce, a marinaded chicken, roasted garlic, red onion, fresh time, fresh parsley, oregano , mozzarella cheese---what is not to love?!?! To die. Ty was hesitant because he doesn't love Alfredo sauce, but he was pleasantly surprised with his first bite and went up for another 1/4 of the pizza lol.

Along side it, I served up a Cesar salad with a bit of fresh Parmesan, homemade seasoned croutons, and fried up the last bit of pancetta from the other night as bacon bits--yum! The only thing missing was a glass of white wine, but we didn't want to waste a bottle by pouring two half glasses and the rest would go to waste. 

Garett napped late (like until 7:45), so we knew it may be a later night, so we just hung out visiting and playing. We were wrong. Around 9;40 I gave him his bottle and he passed right out. That was a nice surprised since we were exhausted too! Off to dreamland we went !

Today is pretty typical--Ty only has to go to work for about 3 hours, so with the short day, I will catch up on the laundry (for reallllll), go to the store for dinner stuff, make cupcakes for Halloween, call service Canada finally to tell them about my trip, etc, etc...I have lots to do, I am just getting really good at putting all the stuff off!! Lol
