Thursday blur-day

Ok where the heck did the week go ? I remember thinking ugh it's only Monday night, now BAM --Thursday.

Last night Ty was home a little later than usual, so we ordered in dinner. I had taken G on a mommy and baby shopping day where we bought nothing but clothes (and a few pairs of hoes for him) for ourselves :) my fave days! Lol I needed to stop at the bank and the grocery store on the way back home o get stuff for dinner but he was passed out napping and I didn't want to wake him up to go into yet another store, so we skipped it and I decided we were ordering in since I was pooped too!

I did what seemed to be endless laundry (and it really wasn't just my imagination, it's mostly all folded on my bed right now waiting to be out away)--still two loads to fold on the table in the basement, a load in the dryer and 3 more loads to do waiting---how do we accumulate so much laundry!!!?

Ty decided to watch the game.We watched the first period together and I tried to bring Garett up and put him to bed since he looked exhausted--NOPE. he was having none of that lol....we played for 2 more hours a,most before I decided to try again--he would NOT take the bottle or lay still on the pillow on my lap--but he was rubbing his eyes like mad so I put him in his crib--out cold in 2 seconds! Maybe I fuss over him too much, and it hinders his own bedtime routine lol. Lesson: learned. What a good boy. So independent already :( 

So I took some time after he went down to do some ore Christmas shopping online for the boy last night. I better get in control of this small stuff because I want to get him the bigger stuff for Christmas, note very small-mid sized toy I can find. He's a baby...realistically I am doing all the wrapping nd unwrapping lolol...but it's hard to go easy! Lol

Today I am getting a visit from my family :) I want them to hurry up and get here! It's nice to have company during the lonely days!. When they head out, we have to go to he store to pick up stuff for our yummy dinner I have planned :) I'm excited to try this recipe!

Tomorrow morning we have to go get our vaccines for our trip to Mexico and our prescriptions for antibiotics in case we get any tummy issues, though its not expected to be required this time around lol . I also have to make the dreaded call to service Canada (dreaded because it's like a 1-2 hour wait on hold everytime I call) to tell them we are leaving the country (because I'm on mat leave this is required). 

Off to change a smelly diaper that I can smell from across the room lolol have a Good Friday Eve everyone:)
