Hump dayee

Yesterday was not at all what I expected. I thought I would have a productive day.

I went to the pharmacy in the morning to pick up our travel prescriptions. Not there, not even faxed in, though there was a French message on the machine and our nurse was French so I had to wait while they found the ONE French girl in the entire embrun pharmacy to translate. 25 minutes later after she finished talking to her friend right in front of me, she got around to it--wasn't even a message for me so I waited for nothing. I called the travel medicine office we went to--oh the Physician is just looking at our chart now, will fax it in when he's done--would have been nice info to now before I went in there. Ugh! Lol oh well--a trip to shoppers is never a waste :)

Then I went over to the grocery store --grabbed what I needed for dinner. The dinner I never even made because we got to talking and were so tired, so we had leftovers and some veggies and such.

I stopped at the Tim hortons for a coffee for Ty. Was going to park and go in but the lines were out the door, so I got into drive thru (which was out to the road--still faster)...what the heck? At 9:45am on a weekday!!?

Home to relax a bit--oh turns out Ty does need to go into work, so a quiet family day is no more lol. My parents were out and about shopping so they came for a visit, thankfully, and helped pass our afternoon :)

When they left, I cleaned the fridge, switched the laundry over, put away some dishes and played with my boy!

When Ty got home, we ate, watched a bit of the game and went up to bed to finish it. I suppose we were all tired, because Garett was out and in bed by 8:45! (Lately it's been19:15 bed time).

This morning is already more productive --put aw away some laundry, did more laundry, did some dishes, had some breakfast (first time in a while! Lol), got stuff out to bake later, steamed the living room floors--it's 9:30 am, so I feel good about this day already--we have a very busy few days ahead, so I thought I should catch up on something anyways! Lol

I cannot wait to see Garett in his costume !! Ugh!
