Cat-urday in advance

Um. Keira might become a fashion blogger. Just because I'm straight up addicted to shopping for her. Like, it might be a problem. But at least I know better, and have started buying sizes up and such because no one child needs this many 3-6month clothes. 

Anyways. Today's outfit is:
Very fitting since she has three fur babies living in the house also :)
She wouldn't stop staring at her shoes. I couldn't get her attention haha

The boys were at tylers store getting last minute prep for the Halloween sale ready, and only came home around 5:30 yesterday. Keira napped for a while, but woke up and had some tummy and playmat time, and I relaxed, turned on the fireplace and had some hot chocolate while I waited for them to get here!



Im glad I had made the chicken the night before.  I cooked it in the new cream of bacon Campbell's soup and omg it was good! We had it over rice with some corn. For Garett I cut it up and mixed it all together in a bowl and he ate TWO huge helpings. I don't know where he put that all. And worried me that maybe he should be eating more every other night lol. Simple dinners seem to be the biggest hits around here. What are your kids favourite dishes ?

Tyler and I each did our own things after Keira went to bed. I decided to catch up on some magazines , and he played his new video game. We were in bed early also. 

This morning everyone was up around 7. Keira had her morning bottle and then I pumped while the boys went out to do the plow wiring on the f250. 

Today will be a busy one with getting both kids dressed up and heading to the store for a bit for activities. Tyler will be home right before Garett's bedtime, so there will be a few hours of hyper after being a vampire, I'm sure. Hopefully he lets me take his costume off! Ahaha

Life Lately

-Hosting Bearbrook Ladies night two weekends ago was wonderful! I put out a full charcuterie spread, made a mint/cranberry/grapefruit drink to share, and all of us received a tarot card reading, palm read and a facial read. Pretty much the reoccurring consensus between all three reads (it was two different people doing it) was that my heart and mind live in a state of conflict, but that it works for me to live in a state of balance. -Garett went on his first friend play date ever , and he had so much fun. It was his two best friends that left daycare to start school last year. -happy that while Garett was at his play date, Tyler was home with Keira and I went out for a bit alone, then came home and we finished The Belko Experiment movie before I went to get him. (He was there for two hours) -sad that this week, Garett only has four days left at daycare :( Friday is Keira's first day, while I keep g home with me. Can't believe it's already almost school time!! -as a "goodbye" gift from g, we bought his daycare provider a necklace from peoples that is a heart with some Garnet stones in it (Garett's birthstone), to remember him by, and I ordered an Aukey essential oils diffuser , a doTERRA starter kit and an essential oils mixing guide recipe book thing. Friday fun!

Thank God it's Friday, and that this week is O-V-E-R!!! -It was a stressful week at home. Looking forward to a fun weekend! -I am being audited for child care expenses in 2018--I'm not the only one that thinks we pay too much money in child care! LOL...I submitted my receipts online (they are catching up with the times and it's great!) and turns out I actually underclaimed by a few hundred dollars haha. -Tonight is calm, just hanging at home with the kids. -Saturday I have an eyelash appointment at 2:00, and then we have a sitter coming at 6:00 so we can go to a Wine & Cheese night up the road at our friends house. -Sunday is a day of rest until the evening when Shan comes over and we head into town to go to the Trailer Park Boys Christmas at the NAC (I bought Tyler and I tickets as an early Christmas gift).
