Sneak peak at Keira's first Christmas


I'm officially done Keira's Christmas shopping too now :) now I only have the adults in my life to shop for. So here we go, a sneak peak at some of Keira's gifts:

1) I like toys that come in cases. It makes for easy storage . Garett thought it looked like a tool box , and she should have it, lol

2) stocking stuffer. You can never have too many stroller type toys. 
3) another stroller toy stocking stuffer. Reallllyyyy can't beat the price on this one. 
4) sticking stuffer. This one is more for me. Infants have a tendecy to throw things everywhere. These straps hold toys up from falling on the ground and getting lost :)

5) I can't find this colour variation on amazon anymore, but it's by kilofly. She needed a backpack to pack her overnight things whenever she starts with sleepovers at grandparents houses :)
6) stocking stuffer! G loved his soft blocks. Hopefully Keira will as well :)
7) because mommy likes disney princesses, introducing Keira very young to them also lol
8) Costco for the win ! Free shipping--and obviously it will say Keira on it, lol 
9) loud toys by the masses. That's what kids like the most. Lol

10) I like this stacker toy. So, sold!
11) introduction to endless tea parties :)

There you have it! Babies are hard to shop for, so we will be stocked up on a few toys to keep momma from getting bored at least! Lol

Life Lately

-Hosting Bearbrook Ladies night two weekends ago was wonderful! I put out a full charcuterie spread, made a mint/cranberry/grapefruit drink to share, and all of us received a tarot card reading, palm read and a facial read. Pretty much the reoccurring consensus between all three reads (it was two different people doing it) was that my heart and mind live in a state of conflict, but that it works for me to live in a state of balance. -Garett went on his first friend play date ever , and he had so much fun. It was his two best friends that left daycare to start school last year. -happy that while Garett was at his play date, Tyler was home with Keira and I went out for a bit alone, then came home and we finished The Belko Experiment movie before I went to get him. (He was there for two hours) -sad that this week, Garett only has four days left at daycare :( Friday is Keira's first day, while I keep g home with me. Can't believe it's already almost school time!! -as a "goodbye" gift from g, we bought his daycare provider a necklace from peoples that is a heart with some Garnet stones in it (Garett's birthstone), to remember him by, and I ordered an Aukey essential oils diffuser , a doTERRA starter kit and an essential oils mixing guide recipe book thing. Friday fun!

Thank God it's Friday, and that this week is O-V-E-R!!! -It was a stressful week at home. Looking forward to a fun weekend! -I am being audited for child care expenses in 2018--I'm not the only one that thinks we pay too much money in child care! LOL...I submitted my receipts online (they are catching up with the times and it's great!) and turns out I actually underclaimed by a few hundred dollars haha. -Tonight is calm, just hanging at home with the kids. -Saturday I have an eyelash appointment at 2:00, and then we have a sitter coming at 6:00 so we can go to a Wine & Cheese night up the road at our friends house. -Sunday is a day of rest until the evening when Shan comes over and we head into town to go to the Trailer Park Boys Christmas at the NAC (I bought Tyler and I tickets as an early Christmas gift).
