Wednesday whereabouts

We had a busy morning of laundry and cleaning. I wanted to get some baking in, but instead I thought I would give Tyler a shout and see if he was available for lunch. We wanted to get out of the house, lol. Weirdly enough, he was leaving the job site, so we decided to meet at his store and grab some lunch a few doors down at The Lunchbox. We love this place because of the healthy, fresh, locally grown  menu. 


Today I tried to "Sean Evans ". It was delicious. Super spicy, but I couldn't stop. As usual, I could only eat half (the sandwiches --wraps in my case--are huge) 


Keira was happy to get out , and is always happy to try out new outfit combos, lol 






Today she wore this peplum style top from children's place:

We are putting out all the other Halloween stuff tonight. Garett wants it to look "so spooky thatall the kids will be scared of our house" lol. 

We also have to carve our last pumpkin so we can put those put too.

    So glad we got to see you guys last night! Hope Keira loves the Baby Sucks cup and I really can't wait to see the picture of her with it! Haha!

Life Lately

-Hosting Bearbrook Ladies night two weekends ago was wonderful! I put out a full charcuterie spread, made a mint/cranberry/grapefruit drink to share, and all of us received a tarot card reading, palm read and a facial read. Pretty much the reoccurring consensus between all three reads (it was two different people doing it) was that my heart and mind live in a state of conflict, but that it works for me to live in a state of balance. -Garett went on his first friend play date ever , and he had so much fun. It was his two best friends that left daycare to start school last year. -happy that while Garett was at his play date, Tyler was home with Keira and I went out for a bit alone, then came home and we finished The Belko Experiment movie before I went to get him. (He was there for two hours) -sad that this week, Garett only has four days left at daycare :( Friday is Keira's first day, while I keep g home with me. Can't believe it's already almost school time!! -as a "goodbye" gift from g, we bought his daycare provider a necklace from peoples that is a heart with some Garnet stones in it (Garett's birthstone), to remember him by, and I ordered an Aukey essential oils diffuser , a doTERRA starter kit and an essential oils mixing guide recipe book thing. Friday fun!

Thank God it's Friday, and that this week is O-V-E-R!!! -It was a stressful week at home. Looking forward to a fun weekend! -I am being audited for child care expenses in 2018--I'm not the only one that thinks we pay too much money in child care! LOL...I submitted my receipts online (they are catching up with the times and it's great!) and turns out I actually underclaimed by a few hundred dollars haha. -Tonight is calm, just hanging at home with the kids. -Saturday I have an eyelash appointment at 2:00, and then we have a sitter coming at 6:00 so we can go to a Wine & Cheese night up the road at our friends house. -Sunday is a day of rest until the evening when Shan comes over and we head into town to go to the Trailer Park Boys Christmas at the NAC (I bought Tyler and I tickets as an early Christmas gift).
