If you need me..
Today my cleaning lady starts. I'm excited to go home to a freshly cleaned house that I didn't clean for once!!! Wahoo!!!
Yesterday was a big day for us. Tyler picked up his new ride! We had been talking about how much of a pain the other truck was becoming, and it made more sense for his main employee to have the diesel to tow the trailers around to job sites, etc. We wanted another reliable FAMILY vehicle that no one else ever needed for anything. So we decided to take the plunge. We were supposed to pick it up yesterday around noon, so I could have went on my lunch break, but I got busy and Tyler had a crazy day, so I said just go ahead and get it around 3, then come home and pick us up and we can all go for a ride into town and do dinner and errands. So that's what we did :)
Garett was pretty excited and kept saying "WOW , Daddy! Nice truck, daddy!!!" haha too cute.
Tonight will be a bit crazy--Tyler is picking up Garett from daycare, and I have a few pit stops to make to get meat, etc for girls weekend tomorrow. Then I will go home, pack, get g bathed, cook dinner, and hope that when I offer to premake meals for them, Tyler will say no haha.
Tomorrow, Ty will bring Garett to daycare, and I will sleep in a bit and then head into town to head off to Val-des-Monts.
So for the next three days, if you need me, you will find me:
.....sitting by the lake sipping on a cold drink, getting some colour on this skin.
.....laughing until I can't breathe with some amazing girls.
.....hovered around a campfire with my hood up, roasting some marshmallows until they're burnt pieces of delicious mush
.....sampling a variety of beverages.
.....enjoying the peaceful surroundings
....dancing with my eyes closed and my hands waving in the air
....singing songs at the top of our lungs.
....playing games, and not caring who wins, because with these types of games, everyone is a "winner" lol
....soaking up girl time since I hardly get it anymore!
