Things I'm looking forward to...
I feel like if I don't put down all the things coming up, that they either won't get done, or I will forget about them! A lot of the stuff is already paid for, so it seems like an "out of sight, out of mind" thing.
June 20: For father's day we are heading over to the Papanack Zoo for Father's day, and then out to dinner at Hardstones Grill
June 25: Out for an evening of fun with two ladies I know, and hopefully discover a hidden talent at a Paint Nite on Merivale
July 1: Tyler is playing with the band at the Russell Fair for Canada Day, and then we are having a bbq. Early to bed!
July 2-5: Montreal Comiccon. Originally I was going to just go and shop and such around MTL during the day, but I think I want to help at the booth and see what these things are all about, without having to walk around in the crowds. Come out and see us, I'll even be sporting a Kessel Run shirt ;) We have a nice room booked at the Hotel Bonaventure.
July 9-10: Tyler is in New Hampshire for training on Neptune Panels. He will be the Ottawa and area installer--so if you want to add some luxury to your backyard/pool, he will be the man to call! I am off these days, and haven't decided what we should do!
July 18: We are heading to Eco Odyssee to paddle boat around a water maze in a huge swamp area. Hopefully see some beavers! And then heading to a friends 32nd birthday party bbq.
July 22: We have an eye appointment follow-up for Garett. If he still needs glasses (which I assume he will), we will order a second pair, and maybe some sun glasses as well.
July 25-26: We were hoping to cash in a RCI night or two to take Garett to Tremblant. We will see how this works out with work!
July 27-31: Vacation time with Garett!
July 27: we are planning maybe a trip to Cornwall (me and G)
July 28: Splash Pad and Park/ordering in lunch
July 29: Build-a-Bear at Bayshore
July 30: Canadian Children's Museum"July 31: Sky Zone toddler time
August 1-3: Off as a family
August 1: Pool Party and BBQ at one of our friends houses'
August 8: Taco Fest with ladies from work!
So far, so good! This summer is shaping up to be busy, but fun-filled! I can't wait for Garett to see everything and absorb it all like a sponge! To many more fun/busy summers!!
